All returns must be postmarked within fourteen days of the purchase date or date of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer support at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. You will then send your item to the address indicated on your RMA information form.
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You will be notified via email once our transaction has been processed.
