The Try Now Program is free. However, during the checkout process, a temporary hold will be placed on your card to authorize the full-size bottle, should you decide to purchase it. During this time, the transaction may appear as “pending” or “processing” on your bank statement. When the sampling period ends, we will charge your card for the product you’ve kept.

Your 7-day sampling period begins when your item is delivered. Experience your fragrance using the complimentary, 2ml sample provided. Do not open the full-size bottle until you have decided to purchase. Only product in its original, unopened packaging can be returned. The sample is free and yours to keep whether you commit to the full-size version or not.

Keep or Return with Ease.
If you love the fragrance, simply keep the full-size product. If you do not like the scent, simply initiate your return. We will provide a printable, prepaid return label for the full-size fragrance. Rest assured, your card will only be charged for the full-size products you choose to keep, with any pending holds promptly voided upon receipt of your return.
