How to Choose a Home Scent
The fragrance you wear is just as personal as the scent you choose for your home. Using a candle or diffuser can instantly change the way that you—and your guests—experience and enjoy your space. A survey by In-Cosmetics Connect showed that floral scents are the most popular for home, and that 43 percent of consumers around the world are looking for home fragrances that help them relax, especially in these post-pandemic years. There are no hard rules (since scent is personal), but here are five things to consider when selecting a scent for your home:
1.The style of your home.
Modern houses lend themselves to woodsier scents while traditional homes call for floral fragrances. Fragrances that smell like a roaring fire or a church altar (yes, this is a trend) are earthy and masculine, and complement an austere environment.
