How does the Grace de Monaco Try Before You Buy program work?

Our Try Before You Buy program allows you to experience a complimentary, 2ml sample of the Grace de Monaco parfum or eau de parfum of your choice before committing to the full-size bottle.

Upon checkout, a temporary hold will be placed on your card for the full-size bottle. Your transaction may appear as “pending” or “processing” on your bank statement. Once your order arrives, you'll have 7 days to test the sample version of your fragrance.

When the sampling period ends, we will charge your card for the product you’ve kept. The sample is free and yours to keep whether you commit to the full-size or not.

What if I'm not sure which fragrance to choose?

Our fragrance finder quiz will connect you to a Grace de Monaco fragrance. Simply answer a few questions, and we'll recommend the fragrance that aligns with your preferences and personality.

Can I try more than one fragrance at a time?

At this time, our Try Before You Buy program allows you to select one parfum or eau de parfum to sample per order. However, you're welcome to explore our full range of fragrances and place additional orders if you wish to try different scents. Our La Reviere set is an excellent way to explore all three of our fragrances.

Are candles and diffuser oils included in the Try Before You Buy program?

Currently, only our full-size parfum and full-size eau de parfum are included in the at-home program.

How long is the trial period?

The 7-day sample period begins the day your order is delivered. Please reach out to our team at service@gdmonaco.com should you need to extend your sampling period by a few days.

What if I don't like the fragrance I sampled?

If the fragrance doesn't meet your expectations, simply initiate a return by reaching out to Customer Service at service@gdmonaco.com. We will provide a printable, prepaid return label for the unopened, full-size bottle. Rest assured, your card will only be charged for the full-sized products you choose to keep, with any pending holds promptly voided upon receipt of your return.

Is there a fee to participate in the Try Before You Buy program?

There is no additional fee to participate in our Try Before You Buy program. You'll only be charged for the full-size bottle if you choose to keep it after the sampling period has ended.

Can I unbox or use the full-size bottle while trying the sample?

Do not unbox or use the full-size bottle until you're certain the fragrance aligns with your taste. This ensures that the bottle remains in its original condition for return, if necessary.

How do I return the full-size bottle if I'm not satisfied with the fragrance?

To return the full-size bottle, please reach out to Customer Service at service@gdmonaco.com. Once your return has been submitted, we will provide a printable, prepaid return label for the unopened, full-size bottle. Only product in its original, unopened packaging can be returned. Once we receive your return, any pending holds on your card will be promptly voided.

When can I expect the temporary hold on my card to be released, and when will I be charged?

If you do not initiate a return within the 7-day sampling period, your card will be charged for the full amount within 7 days after the sampling period concludes. If you initiate a return during the sampling period, we will maintain the temporary hold on your card until the return has been received, reviewed, and processed. Note that returned items must be in their original and unopened condition. Grace de Monaco has sole discretion in determining whether the products purchased are in original condition when returned. We will only charge you for the full-size products you choose to keep. Please note that this process may take up to 10 days following the end of your trial.

Can I participate in the Try Before You Buy program if I'm located outside the United States?

At this time, our Try Before You Buy program is only available to customers located within the United States. We hope to expand this service to international customers in the future.

How do I initiate a return?

Email service@gdmonaco.com with the order # and the product to be returned to initiate your return.

Once your return is submitted, instructions and a prepaid shipping label will be available in the return portal and a download link will be emailed to you.
