Terrible experience. First, no mention of my order - when to expect it, where it is. After multiple emails to the company (one CS email address doesn’t even work) my order finally arrived. It was not the correct piece nor did it contain the perfume samples as the order indicated. I tried to call the phone number listed on my order multiple times, it just rang and rang. Tried sending multiple emails to various accounts. No response. Tried one more time and it was answered by someone who asked if I wanted a refund. So I accepted the refund, which did come through.
Not sure what is happening with this company - or if it’s even a real company / but I’ll not take the risk again.
